Mandy Whaley helps make Azure the best place for developers. As the Partner Director of Product for the Azure Dev Tools team, she leads the team that builds the Azure SDK, Azure dev tools for VS Code and Visual Studio, and works with teams across Microsoft on API design and developer experience. Prior to joining Microsoft, Mandy helped found the Cisco DevNet developer program. Mandy is from Austin, Texas. She recently learned to knit, and now has an excess of hand knitted hats. She has a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Texas.
