Ivo started his career as a university research associate analyzing trust aspects in the early days of cloud computing. Then he switched to hands-on API Management architecture and implementation work as a consultant and developer in an international software company. Since then, he has moved to OMV AG to build up its API program from the ground up, first as an Enterprise Architect and then as the manager of the API Platform department. Currently, as the Head of Hybrid Integration, Platforms and Design, he is the leader of multiple teams of highly skilled cloud architects and infrastructure and integration engineers, that design and deliver his organization’s platform engineering initiatives.
