After several years going from digital projects to producing arts events (theatre, exhibitions), I directed a project that aimed to reconsider the ditribution of a fund of close to one million art and heritage fund. This led me to lead the project as API-based, drive innovation throughout the organisation (agile project management, opening up licences, reviewing business models) and in the end, to become an API expert in my field.

Now I advise organisations on their API strategies mainly in media, cultural, mobility and citizen projects. I recently conducted a study for Radio France, France’s 7 public radios and I would love to share what I have learnt.
