Shane has been an Account Executive at Tyk since 2022. Before Tyk, he was a member of SmartBear’s commercial team (SwaggerHub division) in Galway, Ireland. Shane is responsible for managing client relationships for companies across EMEA, focusing on technology modernization initiatives. Shane’s role involves understanding complex technical requirements, translating them into business value, and guiding clients through digital transformation projects to enhance their operational efficiency and customer experience.
When he isn’t busy with API-related projects, he’s busy pretending to be a dinosaur or a lion with his 2-year-old son Bodhi, running along the Lee River in Cork City (where he lives) or supporting his beloved Munster & Ireland in rugby.
