I have spent a decade building and leading data, AI and digital capability in environments where operational decisions carry real consequences — public trust, regulatory accountability and mission-critical outcomes. That shapes how I think about technology: not as an end in itself, but as infrastructure for decisions that matter. I am currently CTO at Gravitee, working with enterprise organizations on AI governance, API strategy and event-driven architecture. I help technology and business leaders navigate the gap between deploying AI and governing it — understanding what their agents are actually doing, controlling cost before it spirals and making existing systems AI-ready without refactoring.
