By entering the raffle you are agreeing to these raffle terms and conditions. The raffle is being run by Nordic APIs. The raffle is open to US residents over 18 years of age and employed in a technical role. In entering the raffle, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted. The raffle is free to enter. How to enter You can enter the raffle up to 12:00 PM CST on 22 February 2024. Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw. To enter the raffle simply complete the form on our website: Nordic APIs will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate. The prize The prize will be a free registration to the 2-day conference at Austin API Summit. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. The decision of Nordic APIs regarding any aspect of the raffle is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. Winner announcement The winner will be notified after 22 February 2024 via the email provided during entering the raffle. Nordic APIs will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 3 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Nordic APIs reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner. Receipt of the prize Please note that the prize gives you a ticket to the conference and does not include travel and accommodation. Data protection and publicity You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the raffle being used by Nordic APIs for the purposes of administering the raffle, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
