Visa Letter Requests

Depending on your country of citizenship, you may be required to apply for a visa to enter Sweden to attend the conference. Nordic APIs can review your request for an invitation letter to the conference once you have confirmed participation in your program.

  • Provision of a visa letter by Nordic APIs does not guarantee visa approval, which is made at the sole discretion of the government of the event’s host country.
  • Visa letter requests should be made no later then 90 days prior to an event.
  • You must be registered and paid in full for the event before requesting a visa letter.

Requests should be submitted by email, and include the following information:

  • Legal name as listed on your passport
  • Date of Birth
  • Passport Number
  • Date of Passport Issue
  • Date of Passport Expiry
  • Issuing Country
  • Country of Birth
  • Company Name
  • Title withinorganization
  • Company address
  • PDF copy of photo page of passport

Getting a visa can take several weeks or even months. As soon as you have registered to attend the conference and determined that a visa is needed, review the requirements and the timelines for getting a visa. You can read more about visa requirements into Sweden and the EU on the Visit Sweden website, and the Swedish migration website.

Do not wait until the last minute to try and get a visa as you may be prevented from entering the country.
