Welcome to Nordic APIs events! We strive to create a safe and inclusive environment for all. Please read and follow our Code of Conduct. These rules apply to everyone: attendees, guests, speakers, authors, sponsors, and volunteers across our in-person and online platforms.

• Be respectful of all participants. We will not allow any kind of discriminatory behavior, harassment, or victimization. Nordic APIs is committed to providing a harassment-free, positive, and safe experience for everyone, regardless of: age, body size, disability, ethnicity, familiar status, gender, gender identity and expression, nationality, neurodiversity, physical appearance, political preferences, race, religion or beliefs, sexual orientation, or technology choices.
• We reserve the right to immediately deny entry or remove participants who promote or incite hate speech, violence, or persecution of individuals or groups. At physical events, we will adhere to local municipal health and safety guidelines, which may include measures such as public masking or vaccination requirements.
• During events, we expect all attendees to be respectful to each other and the speakers. For example, do not interrupt or disturb a speaker on stage — if you have questions, please wait until the end of the session. That said, we embrace the two feet rule: if you are not finding value in a session, participants are encouraged to leave and join another session at any time, judgment-free, but please do so quietly and respectfully to minimize distraction.
• A respectful and professional tone is expected not only in the conference venue but also during on-site and off-site events as well as online presences affiliated with Nordic APIs.
• All authors and speakers are expected to follow ethical practices when using AI tools to generate content. This includes disclosing when significant portions of content were generated using AI tools, if applicable.

• If these rules are violated, you may be blocked from the forum in question and/or rejected from the conference without a refund.
• You may also be banned from future events at the discretion of the conference organizers.
