Erik Wilde is an experienced and internationally known professional in the space of digital transformation and API strategy and management. Erik has a degree in computer science from TU Berlin and a PhD from ETH Zurich. Erik works at Jentic as Head of Enterprise Strategy, where he helps organizations to build the bridge between their API landscapes and their AI ambitions. He is the author of many articles and papers, various books, multiple standards, and regularly speaks at conferences around the globe. Erik’s “Getting APIs to Work” channel on YouTube is a place where developers, IT professionals, product managers, and digital leaders get regular updates about technologies, tools, events, standards, and the global API community. Erik is an OpenAPI Ambassador, organizing and speaking at events around the globe to promote the use of standards and help realize their full potential.
