Viktoriia Kniazeva as Business Analyst in Deutsche Telekom IT Spain is responsible for taking analysis tasks and perform full modelling cycle regarding API creation and application integration. One of central part of her work is to manage communication between legacy backend and newly creating frontend. Basically, the general idea of her project is to create a standard API will be used to process all existing products in the company and make this API in form that several frontends will use it. Additionally, the project includes orchestration application, being also considered as API as product.

Previously the project grew up as usual application needed to perform sales process and general task was just consider needs of single consumer. But after the project changed direction and started to be used as standard API for several consumers, Viktoriia moved to position of Product Owner and Business Analyst in parallel. In means that one of core idea was to own API considering even competitive requirement and to find the way how to align customer needs in the same time. This is mainly achieved using the REST best practices and additionally TM Forum standards.
