Siri Mårtensson is a lawyer, specialised within TMT and working mainly with Intellectual Property Law, Contract Law and Corporate Law within the areas of IT, Life Science, Health Care sector and Media. She has gained particular experience in these legal areas from studying international intellectual property and media law at the University of Copenhagen, as well from advising clients on a wide variety of commercial arrangements including: drafting, reviewing and negotiating IT and related agreements such as, license, hosting, outsourcing, cloud computing, data protection, product development and other development agreements, in which IPR-related and regulatory issues are in focus.
