She is also a heavy contributor to Stoplight technical content, including platform and open-source product documentation, blogs, and community articles. She was previously a technical documentation manager at Cherwell Software and Serena Software, bringing over two decades of experience. Pam is a University of Colorado Denver graduate with a BA in English writing, and she is also a Colorado local based in Colorado Springs.
