Mats Björk is a senior web and mobile strategist and has more than 15 years experience from the various aspects of web, mobile and system development. In his role as an information architect at Sogeti he consults on strategy and insight covering the 3 main areas of succeeding with IT projects — technology, business goals and usability. Being one of Sogeti’s leading consultants on Public Sector Information (PSI) and open data, he has been working with strategies and implementations as well as with evangelism on the topic for the last 2 years — most recently with Bolagsverket, Skatteverket and Tillväxtverket. Mats also has special interests in open knowledge, cognitive motivation and agile principles. This is topped off with an unhealthy enthusiasm for binary stuff.
