As a Staff Technical Writer at Nylas, Laura Rubin shepherds the company’s documentation from start to finish, including everything from UI-based docs for quickstart guides, to API references and systems for developers building with Nylas’ APIs. Laura is also responsible for Nylas’ documentation publishing stack and toolchain, and coordinating information and release notes for four major language SDKs. Her goal is always to help developers better understand the platform, quickly grasp major platform updates, and more. Prior to Nylas, Laura worked as a technical writer at companies such as Segment, Atlassian, and Docker.
