Esra has developed various frameworks for monetization such as #10GrowthLevers, Contributed Revenue Model, and API Commercial Governance Architecture, etc. The key to technology monetization is to drive the designed behaviors – customer, partner, or the entire business ecosystem behaviors, and Esra has been developing revenue models, market motions, and ecosystem commercial behaviors for over 10 years. Schooled as a chemical engineer, she worked in industrial and tech businesses ranging from start-ups to multinationals, including Facebook, Amazon, and SAS. Esra lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota with her 10-years young human.
