Integrations are a common friction point with customers for companies that provide services through APIs. On top of the churn risk, there are real support costs, both purely technical and from the client assistance point of view, associated with “raw”, REST-ish approaches.

In this talk, we’ll go over both tech and business side advantages of providing access to integrations via language-specific SDKs, and how the cost of development of such solutions, thanks to standards like OpenAPI and related code generation tools, is much lower than what you would expect. This talk will appeal to both technical and business audiences.
