The session will present Amadeus’ API Governance Board (what it does, how it works, who participates, and how sessions are run) before looking into the advantages (many!) and cons (a few!) that such a process can have in an organization. We will see what other organisations are doing before diving into a few real examples of what the board can help with. I will finish with a discussion on how the benefits can potentially be shared with the outside developer community.
