Mob programming is a software development approach where the whole team works on the same thing, at the same time, in the same space, and at the same computer. I use this approach with many different teams designing APIs to help evangelize an “API first” approach which should be inclusive of not just developers, but the business as well. My hope is to improve a shared understanding (common vocabulary, standards, patterns) between IT and the business to drive interfaces that truly drive business value.
