In this talk we’ll explore how we built a 3-day on-boarding experience for 650+ recent college graduates. Before officially starting in their roles, new associates have had hands-on experience pushing a feature to production, using many of the tools and technologies they will use everyday. This experience gives associates practical knowledge and experience months ahead of many of their colleagues. Allowing them to make a big impact on their teams right away.
