We’re looking forward to welcoming everyone to the 2025 Platform Summit and the API Security UnConference in Stockholm this October! If you’ve been to any of Nordic APIs’ conferences before, you’ll know that you can expect insightful content and a friendly atmosphere. We’ve gathered some frequently asked questions to help everyone get the most out of their time at the conference. If you can’t find an answer to your question below, please let us know!

Do you have a Code of Conduct?

Yes, we do. Attendees are required to accept the Code of Conduct when registering for the conference. You can read in full here. In short: all conference participants are expected to be respectful towards other attendees, speakers, organizers and staff. If you feel uncomfortable with the behavior of anyone at the conference, please let someone in the Nordic APIs team know.

Where is the conference held?

The conference takes place at the Clarion Hotel Stockholm in the ‘Södermalm’ area of Stockholm. The address is Ringvägen 98, 104 60 Stockholm. You can see it on a map here. The nearest tube station is ‘Skanstull’.

Do I need to bring anything?

You will need your ticket containing your QR code either printed or on your smartphone (this will be sent by email to you prior to the event) to register at the event.

If you are attending the UnConference on October 13, please review the event description to determine if any tools or equipment are required.

What time should I arrive?

  • The 2025 Platform Summit: Registration opens at 8.00am on Tuesday, October 14th. A light breakfast of coffee and pastries will also be available at that time.

What happens if I’m running late?

Don’t worry if you are running late. Our staff will stay at the registration desk and we’ll let you slip into the auditorium quietly once we’ve given you your name badge.

What time does the conference finish?

Keep an eye on the schedule for up-to-date timings.

Are you recording the conference?

Yes, we video record all sessions. We’ll upload the videos to our YouTube channel and publish the links to the videos after the conference. We’ll also gather the speaker slides and add them to our SlideShare account.

Will food be provided?

A hot lunch is provided, plus tea, coffee and snacks throughout the day.

Will you cater for my special dietary requirements?

Yes. You will see a question regarding dietary requirements on the registration form. Let us know your requirements there. If you have already registered and missed to inform dietary needs, you can do so by emailing us at info@nordicapis.com.

Can I attend the UnConference?

We’re running half day API Security UnConference the day before the conference on October 13th. Please note that this is a separately ticketed event; information regarding the format and links to register are available here.

Who organizes the events?

Both events are organized by Nordic APIs in partnership with Curity.
