The Internet of Things has facilitated amazing advancements in the medical implant field. As this field has developed, however, so too have the myriad of security concerns inherent in such technologies. In this talk, we’re going to discuss the Internet of Things, the future of the human body, and the morality of adopting such technologies in their current state. We’ll address the nature of the APIs that drive such systems, as well as methods that should be adopted to secure them.
