Company Profile for Web and Print There are 3 primary steps, you as a sponsor, need to complete in order for us to publish your logo, speaker and session descriptions on the website. The first step in this process is for you to upload a company description and two different logos. Step 1. In order to publish your Company Profile on our website and add your logo to the printing material we need you to complete the form below. Please note that the company logo needs to uphold the requirements stated below. Notice: JavaScript is required for this content. Speaker Submission Step 2. Do you have a speaking slot included in your sponsorship package? We need information about the person(s) you’ve chosen as speaker(s) for your company. If your sponsorship includes several speakers you need to complete the form for each speaker. *No speaking session in your package? You can skip this step. * Fill out the form below: Speaker Form Notice: JavaScript is required for this content. Session Submission Step 3. Do you have a speaking slot included in your sponsorship package? After submitting your speaker information in Step 2, we will also need a session description (Deadline for this is Tuesday, January 23). We add speakers to our internal schedule continuously, so to get the slot you want, please send us the info ASAP. To submit your session description, complete the form below. *No speaking session in your package? You can skip this step. * Sessions are organized based on: API insight – Design, Marketing, Business Models, Platforms, Strategy or Security Session Type – Is the talk technical or business oriented Level of the Talk – Basic, Medium or Advanced When submitting your session info, please include the details above. Please Note: Nordic APIs strive to maintain a neutral approach to API best practices, so please try to keep your session as vendor neutral as possible. Speaking Opportunities By Sponsorship Type Platinum Sponsors receive: (1) 30-minute Keynote Session + (1) 15-minute Demo/Lightning Talk Gold Sponsors receive: (1) 20-minute Regular Session + (1) 15-minute Demo/Lightning Talk Silver Sponsors receive: Option to add (1) 20-minute Regular Session as a Sponsorship Add-On – contact us at info@nordicapis.com Session Types The schedule consists of three different session types, outlined below. Regular Session A ‘Regular session’, means you will have 20 minutes to present. You do not have to leave time for questions in these 20 minutes. Instead all speakers in the same ‘session block’ will be asked up on stage at the end of the block to give the audience the opportunity to ask everyone questions. Keynote Session If you have been allocated a ‘Keynote Session’ you will have 30 minutes to present. The exact time of your session will be visible on the website when the schedule is published. Lightning Talk/Demo If you have a ‘Lightning Talk/Demo’ you will have 15 minutes to present. You do not have to leave time for questions in this time slot. Instead all speakers in the same ‘session block’ will be asked up on stage at the end of the block to give the audience the opportunity to ask everyone questions. Preparing for Your Session Don’t forget to check your presentation in advance, to ensure that you have all the relevant programs and updates on your computer. We will also ask you to do a sounds and laptop test at the event venue during one of the breaks before your session. When onsite, just contact a member of the Nordic APIs team to set it up, or email renee.gilliland@nordicapis.com to book a time in advance. HDMI is the standard connection but Display ports and USB-C will also be available. Wi-Fi is free and open in the entire venue. Prior to the event we ask all speakers to upload their presentations using this link. Consider this a backup if something goes wrong. Session Form Notice: JavaScript is required for this content. Workshop Submission If you’re hosting a workshop on the workshop day (Monday, March 11th), please submit the workshop details below. Keep in mind: We will sell tickets to the workshop, so try to make make the workshop name and description as appealing as possible to as many people as possible (more general workshops that are not product specific usually sell the best). Do attendees need to bring anything to the workshop, or download a software program ahead of the session? Don’t forget to add these details to the description. What will the attendees take away from the workshop? What will they learn that they may have use of in their daily work? Make sure to include this information in the description. At The Event: Registration & Arrival Upon arrival at the venue you can register and collect your badge from the sponsor registration desk. Sponsor booths should be set up and ready by 8:00 AM each day. Bronze sponsors can choose to add an Expo table at an additional cost. The size of the expo area varies between the different levels of sponsorship: Platinum Sponsors receive: 4×1.5 metres (approx. 13ft x 5ft). Gold Sponsors receive: 2.5×1.5 metres (approx. 8ft x 5ft). Silver Sponsors receive: 1.5×1.5 metres (approx. 5ft x 5ft ). Bronze Sponsors: Option to add a booth of 1.5×1.5 metres (approx. 5ft x 5ft ) as a Sponsorship Add-On – contact us at info@nordicapis.com Expo Set Up Your Expo Table is available for set up from 5:00 PM on Monday March 11th, the day before the main event. A standard table and two chairs are included in your sponsorship expo area. We will mark out your expo area, and it’s very important that you keep within your assigned area. Closer to the event you will receive a map of the expo area, so you can see your assigned spot. Expo Area Times Day 0 – Monday, March 11, 2024 There will not be an expo during the workshops. Expo area setup can begin at 5:00 PM in the foyer area. Day 1 – Tuesday, March 12, 2024 The expo area opens at 8:00 AM when registration starts. We would recommend that booth staff arrive in good time before the delegates arrive. Please ensure that the expo area is staffed during all open hours of the conference. At the end of the day the expo area can close after the final afternoon break, but there is a Sponsor Reception at 5:30 pm.. No one will guard the expo area during the night, so if you have expensive equipment, we suggest that you take it with you. Day 2 – Wednesday, March 13, 2024 The expo opens at 8:00 AM when breakfast starts. You can start packing up your expo booth after the closing statements. Sponsor Competitions As a sponsor you have the possibility to host a competition at your expo table. You can announce the winner at your booth any time you’d like, unless you’re a Platinum Sponsor (see more info below). Competition announcement: Platinum Sponsors For our Platinum Sponsors we’ve set aside a few minutes at the end of the second day, for announcing the winner(s) in the main hall with everyone present – if you would like to do so. We will publish all of the presentations on our SlideShare – if you wish to not have your presentation featured on SlideShare or YouTube, please let us know by emailing the event coordinator.
