Samyu works at Lloyds Banking Group within the Chief Technology Office as a Business Architect. Her day-to-day responsibilities centre around driving forward an API first strategy alongside technology simplification and adoption of public cloud. In addition to shaping business strategy, Samyu has also been involved with launching new products to market, the most recent one being a new Embedded Finance Proposition. She thrives on helping visualise problems and breaking them down into actionable solutions. Prior to being an Architect, she spent six years within the Insurance & Pensions operation teams carrying out a variety of rules focused on customer outcomes and delivering exceptional service. Samyu holds a Master’s degree in Organisation Behaviour and in her spare time enjoys long walks, a good podcast and following sports such as cricket, tennis and basketball.
