Bad Developer eXperience is the Joker of the API Economy, burning billions of dollars while just watching the flames.

Twilio and Stripe has gained huge economical success and reputation among developers due to good DX. Creating and delivering excellent tools and documentation for 3rd party developers can be easily done. Yet how to maintain agility and sustainability in DX delivery has been neglected.
